We are supporting a well-established and growing financial planning firm in Westerham who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator / Client Support to join their busy support team.
Location: Westerham, Kent
Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent
The Role
As a Client Support Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring clients receive an exceptional and well-organised service throughout the advice process. You’ll work closely with advisers, colleagues and third parties, supporting new business, reviews, and ongoing client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Manage client appointments, diaries, and meeting preparation
- Prepare client packs and paperwork before and after meetings
- Request valuations and policy information from providers and third parties
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely receipt of information
- Maintain and update client records and financial plans using Intelligent Office (IO) and PFP
- Support portfolio reviews, new business submissions and post-sale administration
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements
- Track adviser progress and identify areas where additional support is needed
- Maintain accurate client lists and records
- Build effective relationships with product providers and stakeholders
- Prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks at once
- Commit to ongoing learning and development
What They’re Looking For
- About 1+ year experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills
- Confident telephone manner and clear written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive, engaged and team-focused attitude

- Experience using Intelligent Office
- Degree or internship exposure within an IFA / wealth management firm

Salary & Progression
£26,000 – £34,000, depending on experience and level
Entry-level Client Support with progression into Executive Client Support
Clear internal development pathway, including potential progression into a trainee adviser route

Working Pattern
Fully office-based during probation
After 6 months: up to 2 days working from home per month, subject to approval and business needs
