The Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families and private clients.
- Deliver tailored investment strategies and holistic wealth solutions across financial planning, investments and banking.
- Strengthen existing relationships through proactive engagement and personalised advice.
- Attract new clients through networking, referrals and business development.
- Drive individual and team revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship development.
- Work closely with an excellent support team to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.
- Utilise digital tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency, client adoption and scalable business growth.
The Person
- Experienced Wealth Manager or Financial Planner with a proven track record of managing and developing client relationships.
- Level 7 Chartered Wealth Manager
- Experience handling complex financial advice and tailored solutions to HNW clients.
- Commercially driven, with a proactive approach to networking, business development and client acquisition.
- Confident presenting a broad wealth management offering across investments, trusts, lending and banking.
- Professional, client-focused and committed to delivering accurate, ethical advice.
