IFA Administrator – Hybrid Working | Full‑Time (37.5 hours per week)

We’re seeking an organised and proactive Financial Services Administrator to play a key role in supporting our advisers, paraplanners and clients.
This is an opportunity to become an integral member of a close‑knit team that values professionalism, collaboration and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Process new business across pensions, investments and protection
- Manage Letters of Authority (LOAs), including tracking and provider follow‑up
- Support the Annual Review Service through valuations, policy information gathering and review preparation
- Prepare documentation and client information for meetings
- Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to progress cases
- Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Intelligent Office (i O)
- Support paraplanners with report preparation and documentation
- Keep clients informed throughout the advice process
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within service standards
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and client services
About You – Essential Experience
- Previous experience within a Financial Services Administration role
- Good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products
- Experience managing new business and provider correspondence
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and personable approach with clients
- Competent user of Microsoft Office
Desirable Experience
- Experience using Intelligent Office (i O)
- Experience using FE Analytics
- Familiarity with financial services platforms and provider systems
- Experience supporting Financial Planners within an Independent Financial Advice practice
