We are working with a well-established wealth management and financial planning firm in Sutton Coldfield who are looking to add a junior or trainee paraplanner to their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing paraplanning exposure who wants to develop into a fully competent Paraplanner within a structured, supportive environment.
The Role
- You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers on a pooled basis, supporting the advice process through research, analysis, and report preparation.
- Candidates must ideally already have some paraplanning or technical support experience.
- The firm has a strong track record of developing junior paraplanners, with clear progression to full paraplanner status within 12–18 months, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advisers with technical research and analysis
- Assist with preparation of suitability reports and advice documentation
- Carry out product and fund research
- Support client reviews and annual review preparation
- Work closely with advisers (approx. 1 paraplanner to 2 advisers)
