Our client is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their established financial planning team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in supporting advisers and the wider operations function. Role Overview

You will provide essential administrative support to the Financial Advisers and the Operations Manager, ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient and compliant service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing valuations and documentation for annual client reviews
  • Updating and maintaining client records on Intelligent Office
  • Supporting advisers by collating documents and preparing meeting packs
  • Drafting annual suitability letters for existing clients
  • Processing new business, monitoring transactions and issuing documentation
  • Ensuring all work meets compliance standards and internal procedures
  • Assisting with ad‑hoc administrative projects
  • Working closely with the wider admin and support teams

Person Specification

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
  • Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
