We’re currently recruiting for a Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join a friendly and growing Mortgage Team within a well-established financial planning firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year’s experience within mortgage administration who is either working towards CeMAP or keen to begin studying, and looking to build a long-term career within mortgages and wider financial planning. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment, working closely alongside experienced advisers and administrators who are passionate about development, knowledge‑sharing, and delivering excellent client outcomes.

  • Providing full administrative support to Mortgage & Protection Advisers
  • Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records

  • Delivering a high standard of client service throughout the process
  • Assisting with compliance and internal processes in line with FCA requirements

About You

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience within Mortgage Administration
  • Working towards CeMAP or motivated to begin studying
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
  • Team player who enjoys working within a collaborative office environment
