A growing niche specialist Waste Management consultancy is looking to hire a Business Development/Sales Team Manager due to growth and being ahead of target. You MUST have waste management Sales experience to be considered, as well as some leadership experience.

This business has been established for 20+ years and is growing in revenues and headcount year on year. With turnover growing year on year, the business is in good health entering 2026 with plans to diversify and strengthen further.

This role is ideally suited to individuals who can land and expand larger clients through consultative selling with knowledge of Waste. You will be confident in your ability to step up into a role with a long sales cycle and will be resourceful in providing true saving and efficiency findings for clients across a variety of markets.

You will be a confident leader, pace setter, and able to galvanise a team. Candidates must have strong results in Sales within Waste Management – be it trade, TWM, Hazardous, service delivery or broker models etc. You will be highly numerate and good at engaging with a wide range of audiences.

Salary range is entirely dependent on length of experience but will be a range in basic from £45,000 to £60,000 for the right person, plus a strong bonus scheme and development opportunities. OTE is 80-100k a year.

Only candidates with experience selling Waste Management services will be considered. Please only apply if you have WM experience!
