We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join a boutique IFA in Hampshire as an IFA Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Financial Advisors and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

IFA Administrator key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
  • Utilise back office systems and workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
  • Processing of new business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.

IFA Administrator role requirements:

  • Experience in a similar IFA admin role is essential (minimum of 3 years).
  • Experience must include exposure to writing suitability reports.
  • Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry.
  • Knowledge of using Intelliflo.
  • Proactivity and drive to forge a successful career within Financial Planning.
