You’ll work closely with advisers and internal teams, supporting the end-to-end client process from new business submission through to ongoing servicing. The firm uses established systems including Intelligent Office and SharePoint to manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient case progression.

The Role:
- Managing diaries and coordinating client review meetings
- Preparing advice packs, application forms and supporting documentation

- Completing AML (anti–money laundering) checks
- Creating and maintaining workflow/event lists
