We are working with an established and well-respected City mortgage broker looking to add a capable mortgage and protection administrator to their team due to their continued growth. This can be a fully remote role, although you will be required to attend our client's office in London once per quarter.

This busy role will involve working closely with our client's mortgage advisers, in order to provide a high level of administrative support and help to deliver an excellent client experience. A minimum of 12 months' mortgage admin experience is essential. The company has very high staff retention rates and would be looking for someone to join long-term and become a key member of the Mortgage department. There will be opportunities to progress within the company and your professional development will be fully supported.

Ideal applicants should have:

  • Track record of providing high quality service to clients, preferably within the financial sector
  • Good level of education, including Maths and English GCSEs at C or above (or equivalent)
  • Mortgage qualifications would be welcomed, however your professional development will be supported
  • An ability to work well within a team
  • Good organisational skills
