Are you a Level 4 qualified or part-qualified financial services professional with strong organisational skills and experience managing office workflows within an IFA environment? The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the advisers, overseeing office operations, and managing administrative workflows to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day office workflows and operational processes
  • Support Financial Advisers with client servicing and administration coordination
  • Oversee and manage a team of 3 administrative staff
  • Ensure client cases progress efficiently and compliantly through the business
  • Maintain strong organisational standards across the office
  • Act as a key point of coordination between advisers, administrators, and clients
  • Support the continued smooth running of a busy IFA practice

The Person:

  • Level 4 qualified or part-qualified in Financial Planning
  • Previous experience within an IFA or financial services environment
