We’re seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Trainee Financial Planner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial planning, with a clear and structured development pathway supported by full exam funding and on-the-job training.
Development Pathway
- Year 1: Complete all Diploma-level exams within 12 months while working in Client Services to gain a strong understanding of client management and financial operations.
- Year 2: Move into Paraplanning for six months to develop technical and report-writing skills.
- Year 3: Transition into a Financial Planner position with full client-facing responsibilities.

- Flexible working after probation.
- Pro rata holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum plus public holidays, and an extra day off should your birthday fall on a working day.
