Are you a CAS Financial Adviser with previous IFA experience looking to join a high-growth organisation and take ownership of an established client bank?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded professional services firm with ambitious growth plans and a reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice. As part of its wider strategy to become a Top 50 UK law firm, the business continues to invest in expanding its Wealth Management and investment offering.
There is the opportunity to inherit an established HNW client portfolio.Alongside servicing this portfolio therewill bea regular flow of warm, organic referrals from the wider business, existing solicitors and professional connections, you will have the opportunity to develop new relationships, convert opportunities into clients and build a sustainable book of business.
This role would suit an adviser who combines strong technical and client relationship skills with a proactive, commercially minded approach to business development.
The Role:
- Hybrid work schedule
- Delivering full-scope financial advice across pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning and cashflow modelling
- Implement a business strategy to grow a book of business
- Organic referrals paired with new business expansion
- Occasionally travel to Nottingham office
The Person:
- CAS Certified Independent Financial Adviser
- A clear and proven business strategy to implement
- Existing client bank is beneficial but not required
- Looking for more responsibility and recognition
- Demonstratable experience of customer service skills
