The Role
Working closely with experienced Advisers and the wider support team, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality financial planning support while helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters.
- Complete critical yield calculations and pension transfer analysis.
- Conduct research across pensions, investments, and protection solutions.
- Support Advisers with technical planning queries and case preparation.
- Utilise modern technology and AI-enhanced workflows to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assist in delivering a seamless and professional client journey from recommendation through to implementation.
About You
- Ideally 1-2 years experience within a Paraplanning role.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning.
- Experience writing suitability reports and conducting technical research.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads.
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning would be advantageous.
