We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join a boutique IFA in Hampshire as an IFA Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting multiple Financial Advisors and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
IFA Administrator key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
- Utilise back office systems and workflows.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
- Processing of new business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
- Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
IFA Administrator role requirements:
- Experience in a similar IFA admin role is essential (minimum of 3 years).
- Experience must include exposure to writing suitability reports.
- Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry.
- Knowledge of using Intelliflo.
- Proactivity and drive to forge a successful career within Financial Planning.
