We're recruiting for a senior Chartered Financial Planner to join a well-established and growing wealth management business.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit and develop high-value client relationships while working alongside experienced paraplanners and administrators within a supportive pod structure.

The Opportunity

You’ll provide holistic financial planning advice to affluent and high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored solutions across pensions, investments, retirement, tax and estate planning.

Unlike many advisory roles, bringing an existing client bank is not essential .

The focus is on nurturing existing relationships while also developing new business opportunities through referrals and professional connections.

You will have 1 dedicated paraplanner and 1 client administrator working with you.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide holistic financial planning advice to affluent and HNW clients.
  • Manage and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, tax planning and estate planning.
  • Work closely with dedicated paraplanning and administrative support.
  • Build new business through referrals, networking and professional introducers.
  • Maintain exceptional regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience from initial meeting through to ongoing servicing.

  • Proven experience advising affluent and high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong technical financial planning knowledge.
