Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking to join a highly respected bespoke Financial Planning practice with immediate access to clients and a strong support network? This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Adviser to join a successful and well-established firm in Loughborough, providing tailored financial advice to both private and corporate clients through a high-quality, relationship-led approach. You’ll benefit from an existing client bank from day one, alongside a blend of farming existing relationships and generating new business opportunities. The business offers a collaborative culture with full paraplanning and compliance support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes. The role offers a hybrid working schedule, with most clients attending meetings in the office and some virtual appointments. Any external client meetings are fully expensed.
The Role:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser
- Conduct annual and ongoing client reviews, adapting financial strategies where required
- Blend relationship management with new business development opportunities
