Job Description Paraplanner Location: Central London (Hybrid Working) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent A leading, established, and growing wealth management business is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its Central London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Paraplanner looking to work within a professional and client-focused environment, supporting Financial Advisers with the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice. Working on a hybrid basis, you will play a key role in the research, recommendation, report writing and implementation process, helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for high-net-worth and mass affluent clients. Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning solutions. Assist Advisers in developing suitable financial planning recommendations. Produce high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters. Support the implementation of investment, pension and protection recommendations. Ensure all client records, research and compliance documentation are accurately maintained on the CRM system. Complete annual review documentation and ongoing suitability assessments. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) β essential. Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Paraplanner within an IFA, Wealth Management or DFM environment. Strong report-writing experience and technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection. Experience using financial planning and CRM systems. Strong understanding of FCA regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience with cashflow modelling software would be advantageous.
