This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely client-focused business that has designed this role as a long-term development position for someone who is ambitious about building a career in financial planning.

Unlike many Financial Planning Assistant positions, this role offers extensive exposure to clients, advisers and the financial planning process from day one. You will work closely with a team of experienced Financial Planners, supporting client relationships, preparing for meetings, contributing to financial plans and developing the technical and interpersonal skills required to become a successful Financial Planner in the future. You will be encouraged to play an active role throughout the client journey, gaining valuable experience that extends well beyond administration.

The business operates a collaborative team structure, supporting multiple Financial Planners rather than being assigned to a single adviser. This provides excellent exposure to a wide range of client situations, planning strategies and financial planning disciplines.
