Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a growing wealth management firm where you can genuinely make an impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing independent financial planning business that is investing heavily in its support function. Having recently moved into new offices and with ambitious growth plans over the next five to ten years, they’re looking to appoint a Senior IFA Administrator to help build and shape their administration team.
Historically, advisers have managed much of their own administration. As the business continues to grow, they’re now investing in experienced operational support, creating an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and wants to become an integral part of a close-knit team. Working alongside two Financial Advisers, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients throughout the financial planning journey while helping improve internal processes as the company continues to expand.
For ambitious individuals, the business also offers financial planning exam support, with future progression opportunities into paraplanning and financial advice as the company grows.
Role- Supporting two Financial Advisers with day-to-day administration
- Processing new business applications and ongoing client servicing
- Managing provider correspondence and client documentation
- Preparing paperwork for client reviews
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting improvements to internal administration processes
- Helping develop and grow the firm’s back-office function
- Previous IFA Administration experience is essential
- Wealth Management or Financial Planning background
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
