Ready to Make the Move from Paraplanning to Advice?
Are you a Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner who has gained solid technical experience and is now looking for the opportunity to become a Financial Adviser?
This is not just another Paraplanning role.
We're partnering with a highly respected and growing financial planning firm that has a proven track record of developing talent from within. As your confidence and capability develop, you'll gradually transition into client meetings and advisory responsibilities before ultimately moving into a full Financial Adviser role.
With adviser earnings significantly increasing upon successful transition into advice, this role offers a genuine long term career opportunity.

- Conducting research across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and tax-efficient solutions.
- Supporting Advisers with complex financial planning cases.
- Attending client meetings alongside experienced Advisers.
- Developing your client facing and relationship management skills.
- Building a strong understanding of the advice process from recommendation through to implementation.
- Working closely with senior members of the team as part of your adviser development pathway.
- Gradually progressing towards managing your own client relationships and advice meetings.
