A growing niche specialist Waste Management consultancy is looking to hire a Business Development/ Sales Team Manager due to growth and being ahead of target. You MUST have waste management Sales experience to be considered.

With turnover growing year on year, the business is in rude health entering 2026 with plans to diversify and strengthen further. This role is ideally suited to individuals who can land and expand larger clients through consultative selling with knowledge of Waste.

You will be confident in your ability to step up into a role with a long sales cycle and will be resourceful in providing true saving and efficiency findings for clients up and down the country, across a real variety of markets.

Candidates must have strong results in Sales within Waste Management – be it trade, TWM, Hazardous, service delivery or broker models etc.

Salary range is entirely dependent on length of experience but will be a range in basic from Β£40,000 to Β£55,000 for the right person, plus a strong bonus scheme and development opportunities. Only candidates with experience selling Waste Management services will be considered.
