We’re growing our Wealth Management recruitment team and are looking for an ambitious Associate Consultant to join us in our Bristol office. This is an entry‑level role suited to someone driven, competitive, and ready to build a career in a high‑performing team. No previous recruitment experience is needed - just the appetite to learn and the willingness to put the work in.

We specialise in connecting Wealth Management firms with high‑quality professionals across Financial Advice, Paraplanning, Compliance and wider support functions. Our team combines market knowledge with a hands‑on, relationship‑led approach, working closely with clients and candidates across the UK.
The Role
As an Associate Consultant, you’ll support experienced recruiters across the full recruitment cycle while building your own understanding of the Wealth Management market. You’ll play a key role in resourcing, candidate engagement and market development, with clear opportunities to progress as you gain confidence and capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen and engage candidates across Wealth Management roles
- Support consultants with live vacancies and client delivery
- Build market knowledge across IFAs, Paraplanners, Compliance and Operations
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
- Manage job adverts, applicant responses and initial qualification calls
- Contribute to market mapping, lead generation and wider desk development
- Work closely with the team to deliver a first‑class service to clients and candidates
