A long established, UK based, investment management company providing wealth management and financial planning services, is looking to appoint an experienced Investment Manager/Director to continue the firm’s development across central Scotland.
You will be responsible for the ongoing management of private client portfolios and the reviewing of all aspects of portfolio performance, risk monitoring and asset allocation to the agreed strategies. The position requires that the successful candidate will be able to introduce a moderate client base to the company and use their professional and personal connections to develop further new business going forward. The ability to grow and maintain long term client relationships and take advantage of new business opportunities as and when they arise is of particular importance.
You will have a track record as a UK discretionary investment manager, be result focused and demonstrate the ability to introduce new business to the company over time. You ABSOLUTELY MUST BE AT LEAST LEVEL 6 CISI/CFA QUALIFIED and have the necessary experience as a discretionary investment manager in the UK. Ideally you will have an existing client base, to some degree, to take with you.
