A well-established and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join its collaborative and high-performing support team. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored financial advice to private clients and business owners, with a clear focus on quality service and long-term client relationships.

The Role

  • Working as part of the client services team, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to Paraplanners and Advisers, including:
  • Managing client and provider correspondence
  • Submitting new business and processing applications
  • Supporting annual client reviews
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings
  • Maintaining accurate client records and systems
  • Assisting with investment reporting (full training provided)

About You

  • Minimum 3 years experience within an IFA or financial planning firm
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, or insurance
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications such as RO1, CF1 or equivalent are desirable but not essential.
