About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our Hove office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our advisers and shaping the financial planning process for a growing client base. You’ll be a trusted technical resource, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality advice.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial plans, suitability reports, and recommendations
- Conduct in-depth research on investments, pensions, tax planning, and protection products
- Use advanced financial planning software to model complex scenarios
- Liaise with advisers to develop tailored strategies for clients
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
