Adviser Technology Officer to join their Operations team and play a key role in supporting adviser firms with technology, systems, training, and data management.

The Role
As an Adviser Technology Officer, you will support adviser firms in the effective use of business‑critical software and systems.
You will provide technical guidance, deliver training, assist with data migration projects, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
Working closely with advisers and internal stakeholders, you’ll help ensure users maximise the value of the technology available to them while maintaining high standards of service and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Support & Data Management
- Provide support and guidance on software‑related queries from adviser firms.
- Analyse, cleanse, validate, and assist with back‑office data migration projects.
- Support system configuration, licence administration, and software upgrades.
- Troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively to identify effective solutions.
- Training & User Adoption
- Deliver engaging face‑to‑face and remote software training sessions.
- Create and maintain high‑quality training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Support onboarding activities for new users and adviser firms.
- Demonstrate system functionality and benefits to prospective firms.
- Systems Development & Improvement
- Assist with the testing and implementation of system enhancements.
- Gather user feedback and provide recommendations for future improvements.
