Financial Adviser
Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Salary: £80,000
Working Hours: Flexible, 35-hour week (9:00am - 5:30pm)
We are working with a well-established and growing financial planning firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit an established client bank while also being rewarded for developing new business. You will join a collaborative environment supported by an experienced team of paraplanners and administrators, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice and building long-term client relationships.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing an existing client bank generating approximately £400,000 in recurring income, providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection. Alongside servicing existing clients, you will also have the opportunity to develop new business, with an attractive remuneration structure in place to reward growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser within a financial planning firm.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) is preferred but not essential.

Interview Process
The first interview will ideally be face-to-face, although a Teams interview can be arranged if required and will focus primarily on personality and cultural fit.
