Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers and firms.
- Identify opportunities to increase assets, adviser productivity, and business growth.
- Support onboarding of new firms and advisers.
- Deliver webinars, events, and proposition training sessions.
- Work closely with senior leadership on recruitment and business development initiatives.
- Analyse data and MI to identify commercial opportunities.

Qualifications
- Experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or an IFA environment.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection.

- Level 4 Diploma (or working towards) desirable.
