The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the advisers, overseeing office operations, and managing administrative workflows to ensure the smooth running of the practice. The Role: *Manage day-to-day office workflows and operational processes *Support Financial Advisers with client servicing and administration coordination *Oversee and manage a team of 3 administrative staff *Ensure client cases progress efficiently and compliantly through the business *Maintain strong organisational standards across the office *Act as a key point of coordination between advisers, administrators, and clients *Support the continued smooth running of a busy IFA practice The Person: *Level 4 qualified or part-qualified in Financial Planning *Previous experience within an IFA or financial services environment *Strong organisational and workflow management skills *Experience supporting advisers and coordinating administration processes *Professional and relationship-focused approach *Ability to work collaboratively within a smaller team environment *Strong communication and leadership skills
