We are an award‑winning and highly respected wealth‑management firm seeking an experienced Client Manager (Senior IFA Administrator / Technical Admin) to join our collaborative and forward‑thinking team. We deliver tailored investment management and financial planning services and offer an excellent working environment, strong career development support and a positive, open‑plan office culture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional ongoing service
  • Attend client meetings with the Adviser and assist with follow‑up actions
  • Provide technical administrative support across pensions, investments and financial planning
  • Manage workflow within the Advice Team, supporting a Chartered Adviser and Administrator
  • Assist in preparing reports, valuations and documentation to support advice delivery
  • Work closely with the current employee to ensure a smooth handover, as the role arises due to internal progression and a planned retirement of a team member in mid 2026

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years IFA administration experience within a wealth‑management or financial‑planning practice
  • Strong knowledge of pensions and investments
  • Progressing towards Level 4 Diploma (or already qualified) – CII/LIBF/CISI
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client rapport
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
