The Role

You’ll work in a pod structure, providing dedicated 1-to-1 support to a Financial Adviser, helping to deliver a smooth, client-focused advice journey. This is a varied IFA admin role suited to someone who is organised, flexible, and confident managing processes while thinking on their feet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full administrative direct support to a Financial Adviser
  • Managing client records and workflows using Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Processing new business, reviews, and ongoing servicing
  • Liaising with providers and platforms
  • Handling client calls and emails in a professional, client-centric manner
  • Ensuring internal processes and compliance requirements are followed
  • Supporting the adviser with day-to-day operational tasks

  • Previous experience in an IFA Administrator / Client Support role
  • Intelligent Office (IO) experience is required
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Full support provided for exams and qualifications if desired

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
  • 35-hour working week
