The business has been successfully operating for over 20 years and, despite its growing client base, maintains a close-knit team with a supportive culture. Due to continued organic growth, they are now seeking a Financial Adviser to join the team and work with its clients.
This is a blended role, with equal focus on acquiring new business and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients. The business currently serves over 1,000 clients and adds an average of 100 new clients each year. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser with industry experience to expand their skills and experience within a leading wealth management firm.
The Role:
- Independent Financial Adviser Onsite
- Help take on an existing client bank alongside building and growing this further
- Current team of 5 advisers with a well-supported back office team.
The Person:
- Must be qualified to a minimum industry standard of Level 4 Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a smaller IFA environment
- Happy to be onsite
