An established and growing Wealth Management firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will act as a central point of contact for clients, providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth management of client relationships and administration throughout the advice process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain accurate client records
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service
- Prepare client documentation and meeting packs for advisers
- Process new business applications and monitor cases through to completion
- Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to obtain information and progress client requests
- Maintain and update CRM and back-office systems
- Support advisers with client reviews and ongoing servicing requirements
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the preparation of suitability reports and financial planning documentation
- Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers and external providers
About You
- Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Financial Services
- Strong administration and client relationship management skills
- Experience processing new business and liaising with providers
- Good understanding of FCA-regulated environments
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar back-office systems would be advantageous
