An award-winning and highly respected Wealth Management firm is seeking an Experienced Client Manager (Senior IFA Administrator / Technical Admin) to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. The firm is known for delivering tailored investment management and financial planning services and offers an excellent working environment, strong career development support, and a positive, open-plan office culture. This role has arisen due to internal progression and planned retirement in mid 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with the current employee to ensure a smooth handover.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional ongoing service
  • Attend client meetings with the Adviser and assist with follow-up actions
  • Provide technical administrative support across pensions, investments, and financial planning
  • Manage workflow within the Advice Team, supporting a Chartered Adviser and Administrator
  • Assist in preparing reports, valuations, and documentation to support advice delivery

Team and Role Context

As the first point of contact for clients, you will work within an Advice Team alongside an experienced Chartered Financial Adviser and an Administrator. You’ll attend client meetings, provide high-level technical and administrative support, and play a key role in delivering outstanding client service.

To Be Considered, You Will Ideally Have

  • At least 2 years’ IFA administration experience within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning practice
  • Strong knowledge of pensions and investments
  • Ideally progressing towards Level 4 Diploma (CII/LIBF/CISI)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client rapport
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
