A well-established and growing wealth management firm in Mayfair, London is looking to hire an experienced Administrator / Junior Paraplanner to join their collaborative technical team. Circa 800 clients fromstrong referral streams and financial education initiatives.
This is a key hire supporting the Head of Paraplanning, working closely with the team. The role will suit someoneable to do calculations, answer queries, and help elevate the overall quality of advice output.
The Role:
- Reviewing and checking complex calculations
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Working across pensions, investments, and protection cases
- Assisting with platform work and recommendations
To be considered for this position:
- Minimum 2years’ paraplanning experience
- Ideally working towards Level 4 qualified
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £40,000 (depending on experience/ qualifications)
- Discretionary bonus

- Hybrid working: 3 days in London office, 2 days from home (post-probation which is4months)
