A growing UK wealth management business is looking to appoint a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to join its Chorley team.
The role will provide technical and report-writing support to Financial Advisers, with a strong focus on complex financial planning cases and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports and client recommendations
- Analyse client circumstances and financial planning needs
- Build and update cash flow models
- Support investment, pension, retirement, tax and IHT planning
- Manage client files and ensure records remain accurate and compliant
- Prepare annual reviews and supporting documentation
- Liaise with clients, providers and professional advisers
- Support advisers throughout the advice process
- Assist and provide technical support to junior Paraplanners
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- 2+ years’ Paraplanning experience
- Strong technical, analytical and report-writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Good understanding of FCA and compliance requirements
