Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for a role where you'll inherit an established client bank, work with HNW individuals, and be part of a supportive, long-standing team? We're partnering with a highly respected Independent Financial Adviser firm in Maidstone that is looking to strengthen its advisory team with the addition of an employed Financial Adviser.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with over 35 employees, an outstanding reputation, and exceptional staff retention. Many team members have been with the firm for 10, 15, and even 20 years, creating a collaborative and supportive culture where advisers can thrive.
You’ll inherit an existing client portfolio and gradually build responsibility for a book of approximately 60-120 clients. Clients will be aligned to your experience level, with further opportunities to develop and grow your client bank over time. You’ll provide holistic financial planning advice to a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, while benefiting from strong internal support and an established referral network.
