This hybrid role bridges technical paraplanning and client-facing financial advice, giving you a structured pathway to becoming a fully qualified adviser. Key Responsibilities
- Technical paraplanning: writing compliant suitability reports, conducting fund research, supporting planners
- Client relationship management: shadowing advisers, attending meetings, taking ownership of client reviews
- Financial advice: delivering holistic planning across pensions, investments & protection as you progress toward CAS
- Compliance & development: maintaining high ethical standards, completing CPD, progressing qualifications with full study support
