Role Overview

This hybrid role bridges technical paraplanning and client-facing financial advice, giving you a structured pathway to becoming a fully qualified adviser. You'll begin with technical work and gradually transition into taking ownership of client relationships and delivering holistic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical paraplanning: writing compliant suitability reports, conducting fund research, supporting planners
  • Client relationship management: shadowing advisers, attending meetings, taking ownership of client reviews
  • Financial advice: delivering holistic planning across pensions, investments & protection as you progress toward CAS
  • Compliance & development: maintaining high ethical standards, completing CPD, progressing qualifications with full study support
