Total Waste Management - Sales opportunity
An amazing opportunity has opened up for a TWM Sales expert in the North.
This rapidly growing Total Waste Management consultancy is looking to hire a Business Development Manager due to growth and being ahead of target. This is the 3rd new hire in the last 12 months due to performance.
NB you MUST have TWM Sales experience to be considered. You will ideally be experienced in selling to large multi-sited businesses, and have some experience specifically selling into the manufacturing market here in the UK.
This business have been established for 20+ years and are growing in revenues and headcount year on year. With Turnover growing year on year the business are in rude health with plans to diversify and strengthen further. They have won some incredibly impressive contracts within the utilities market in the last 2 years - seeing the turnover grow from 15 mil to 25 mil in 2026 expected. This role ideally suited to individuals who can land and expand larger clients through consultative selling with knowledge of Waste.
Salary range is entirely dependent on length of experience but will be a range in basic from £40,000 to £45,000 for the right person, plus a strong bonus scheme and development opportunities. OTE is 80k a year. NB only candidates with experience selling Total Waste Management services will be considered.
