We’re expanding our Wealth Management recruitment team and are looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join us as an Associate Consultant. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting experienced Consultants across the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing candidates and engaging with clients to helping place top talent into key roles
- Learning the ins and outs of the Wealth Management sector, including roles like IFAs, Paraplanners, and Compliance professionals
- Developing your desk and market knowledge through hands-on support and structured training
- Progressing quickly as you prove yourself and take on more responsibility
