Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Supervision
- Oversee advice quality
- Conduct regular 1:1s, appraisals and performance reviews
- Observe client meetings to ensure consistent high-quality advice delivery
- Advisor Development & Mentoring
- Coach and mentor Financial Planners and trainees
- Support technical development and career progression within the team
- Drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Business Growth & Client Strategy
- Manage prospect pipelines and contribute to growth initiatives
- Work closely with operational and paraplanning support teams to ensure smooth client delivery
- Client Advisory
- Maintain a personal client book
- Deliver complex, holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and legacy planning
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have experience as a Financial Planner (typically 5+ years)
- Be Chartered or close to Chartered status
- Be confident working with high-net-worth and complex clients
- Have strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning
- Be comfortable leading, coaching and holding advisers to high standards
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
