The Role
You will support advisers and clients throughout the financial planning process, taking ownership of new business administration and ensuring cases are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new investment, pension and protection business.
- Managing applications from submission through to completion.
- Liaising with providers, advisers and clients to resolve queries and outstanding requirements.
- Chasing documentation and transfer information.
- Keeping advisers and clients updated on case progress.
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems.
- Preparing client meeting packs and documentation.
- Supporting advisers with post-meeting administration.
- Arranging case review meetings and monitoring the business pipeline.
- Ensuring all administration meets internal procedures and FCA requirements.
- Supporting wider office and Operations Team administration.
- Contributing to improvements in processes and ways of working.
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Previous financial services, wealth management or professional services administration experience.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- A strong commitment to confidentiality and client service.
