This is not a purely specialist role. While the team regularly advises on matters involving IP, data protection, and reputation management, the position sits firmly within the broader commercial litigation group. Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex High Court litigation from initial strategy through to trial, including handling urgent applications such as injunctions and summary judgment.
- Draft high-quality pleadings, witness statements, and detailed legal analyses across a range of disputes, including commercial, contentious tax, and regulatory matters.
- Advise on issues spanning copyright, data protection, defamation, privacy, and breach of confidence.
- Support on international arbitration matters and cross-border disputes.
