As part of its continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Trainee Paraplanner to join the team in Stamford. You don't need extensive experience or existing qualifications; they're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and the ambition to develop.
You'll receive support through your professional exams, gain hands-on experience across the full client journey and have the opportunity to progress into Financial Advice as your experience and qualifications develop.
The Role
- Provide end-to-end support to the advisory team.
- Assist with client reports, recommendations and financial planning documentation.
- Work closely with advisers throughout the client journey.
- Gain exposure to client meetings and the wider advisory process.
- Develop your technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning.
- Work towards your professional qualifications with full support from the business.
- Progress towards a Financial Adviser position as your experience and qualifications develop.
- Become an active member of a growing advisory team.
