A well-established, Independent Financial Advisory firm in Mayfair has opened up a position within the Corporate Benefits team for someone with Employee Benefits Administration experience to provide support to the Consultants. This company is ranked in the Top 100 Financial Advisers for 2024 alongside winning multiple other industry-recognised awards. The team prides itself on a strong values-focused work culture that encourages training and progression. They are technologically forward-thinking, and have a strong history of promoting within. This role sits within the Corporate team and will be to support the Consultants and involves dealing with products across Group Risk, Healthcare, Pension and Platforms. A route to becoming a client-facing Employee Benefits Adviser is available in this position, guided with help and training from the Head of the division.
Employee Benefits Administrator Role Responsibilities:
- Administering a portfolio of corporate clients to support client retention
- Assist with day to day client queries
- Diary management
- Manage renewal process for clients
- Updating scheme memberships
- Process client documents
- Use of internal CRM systems
- Adhere to data protection & FCA regulations
What’s needed to be considered?
- Previous experience in an Employee Benefits firm, ideally in an Administration or support capacity
- Good knowledge of Employee Benefits products, i.e. Group Risk, Medical and Pensions
- Proven experience in providing quality support & building credible client relationships
- Experience using IT Systems and Software including platform/provider websites and portals
