Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for a genuine long-term opportunity with a growing, independent wealth management business where you can inherit an established client bank and play an important role in its succession strategy?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent wealth management business with 10 offices, approximately £175m in assets under management and a strong track record of organic growth.
As part of its continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to take responsibility of an established client bank, with the opportunity to grow this substantially through new business and local referrals.
The business has a strong focus on developing advisers from within, with further opportunities expected as senior advisers transition towards retirement.
The Role
- Manage and develop an established £10m client bank.
- Deliver high-quality financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning and wealth management.
- Take responsibility for client relationships and a structured handover from existing advisers.
- Develop new business through local networking, referrals and the firm's established office network.
- Build strong relationships with clients across Grantham, Newark and the surrounding area.
- Play a key role in the firm's longer-term succession strategy.
- Develop your career within a growing, independent wealth management business.
The Person
- Experienced Financial Adviser with strong pension, investment and retirement planning knowledge.
- Confident managing an established client bank independently.
- Commercially minded, with an appetite for new business.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
- Level 4 qualified as a minimum.
- Willing to travel across the local area to meet clients.
