We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Club & Spa Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room, and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.

As a Treatment Manager, you will be a passionate and engaging leader responsible for delivering an exceptional 5-star guest experience within the Spa. You will support the overall operation, ensuring the highest standards across treatments, service delivery, team development, and commercial performance. You will be highly visible within the Spa, leading by example, motivating your team, and building strong relationships with guests and members, while maintaining the prestige and standards synonymous with The Lanesborough and Oetker Collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional 5-star guest service and ensure treatments and service standards are consistently met.
  • Support daily Spa operations, including bookings, retail performance, stock control and reporting.
  • Drive revenue through effective upselling, rebooking and maximising treatment utilisation.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the therapist team, ensuring high performance and consistent standards.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of treatments and products, ensuring team expertise and compliance.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives and the development of new treatments and services.
  • Ensure all health & safety, cleanliness and brand standards are upheld at all times.
  • Act as an ambassador for The Lanesborough and uphold Oetker Collection values and culture.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a luxury Spa environment, ideally in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
  • Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g. CIBTAC, NVQ or equivalent).
  • Strong operational knowledge of spa treatments and products.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Commercial awareness with experience in driving revenue and managing costs.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills (including MS Office and spa systems).
  • Immaculate presentation and a passion for luxury hospitality.
