We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Club & Spa Team at The Lanesborough.

As a Spa Therapist, you should be confident in massage and beauty treatments, delivered to Lanesborough standard whilst offering each and every guest a personalized, bespoke experience at the Club and Spa. You will be trained on the high-end products from Ila and La Prairie, covering various treatments and retail opportunities to maximize revenue. This is a part-time position, covering weekend shifts, ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about exceptional service, luxury wellness, and creating memorable guest experiences within a world-class spa environment.

Key Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
  • Excellent command of the English language; a second language would be preferred
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Show drive for excellent customer service by leading by example
  • Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
  • Manual handling is required for this role
