We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Lanesborough Grill Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room, and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.
As a Commis Waiter, you will be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role. You will be a team player supporting both the restaurant and kitchen team with mise en place and service operations to ensure that your team creates a memorable experience for our guests. On occasions, you will be responsible for working on your own accord and communicating with key departments to ensure a flawless service. There is a key emphasis on procedures and reporting to your supervisor anything that requires immediate attention.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language; a second language would be preferred.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service.
- Please note this role requires an element of manual handling.
